Rules
These rules explain how your record is built and what moderators do, and the terms cover everything else.
Conduct
- Be accurate about your hours, roles and plans.
- Do not post harassment, slurs, scams, trade offers or key sales. Links are limited to Discord invites and Steam Community pages, and other links are removed.
- Keep one account per person, and do not use second accounts to vouch for yourself or friends.
- Do not apply to more lobbies than you can join, since you can have 3 active applications for one wipe.
- If you leave a squad after confirming, use the Leave squad button so the captain is told, because late exits are visible to moderators.
Vouching
A day after a wipe starts, each confirmed member of a squad of two or more can vouch for each teammate. You do this by ticking any of three tags for each teammate (Reliable, No insiding and Pulled weight), or by choosing Can't say.
- Votes are sealed until everyone has voted or 72 hours pass, and nobody sees who voted for them.
- Submitting a teammate with no tags counts as a non-vouch, which is the only negative signal on a record, and free-text criticism is never public.
- Your vouch rate is the share of teammates who gave you at least one tag, out of those who voted on you, and "Can't say" is left out. With fewer than 3 voters your record shows New.
- You can give the same player at most 2 counted vouches in 12 months. Vouches from a squad of exactly two count at half weight.
- Moderators can remove vouches from a detected ring of accounts that vouch only for each other.
Insider flags
An insider flag reports that a teammate betrayed the squad, for example by looting the base, giving codes away or leading raiders in. It is separate from vouching so that one angry vote cannot sink a record.
- A squad member can raise a flag from the vouch window until 7 days after it closes. A description is required and a link to a clip or screenshot is welcome.
- Only moderators see the description and evidence, and the flagged player is not told until a moderator decides.
- A moderator can dismiss the flag, uphold it, uphold it and restrict posting for 30 days, or uphold it and ban the account.
- The flagged player sees the outcome and a short note, never the description or who raised it. They can appeal once within 14 days, and a different moderator decides.
- An upheld flag shows on the player's record with the wipe date, and open flags are never shown.
- A flag raised within 48 hours of the person being flagged themselves is marked as possible retaliation for the moderator.
Moderation
Anyone can report a lobby, an application note or a player. Moderators can dismiss a report, warn, restrict posting or applying for a set time, hide text, remove vouches or ban an account. Every action needs a written reason and is kept in an audit log that cannot be edited. You can block a player so neither of you sees the other's lobbies or applications.
